As Director of Business Services, Barbara has been a member of the Princeton Office Solutions team for over seven years. In that short time she completed an enormous building renovation project and recently finished an addition to the current space. The new lighting, paint, carpeting, signage and other positive changes made throughout the building were a welcome change for current tenants as well as a draw for the newcomers. Kathy has nearly 40 years of experience in a corporate office environment. As Office Manager for Princeton Office Solutions, she is particularly adept at client relations; assessing the incoming workload and delegating tasks to office staff members in order to accurately, efficiently and effectively meet the needs of all clients. Kathy has experience handling a wide range of clients in fields such as Engineering, Law and Nursing administration providing administrative support. She provides eFiling services for attorneys and she is proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. She is highly organized and able to multi-task.
Marci has been an integral part of Princeton Office Solutions (POS) for the past 14 years, assisting clients in many capacities. She has a wide variety of skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks. Currently POS has clients who rely on Marci to handle their day to day business operations. Marci performs duties such as invoicing, preparing proposals, contracts, and light bookkeeping, as well as general office duties.
Lindsay started working part time at Princeton Office Solutions while completing her double-degree college education. Currently, Lindsay is the first person to warmly greet your guests as they enter the building and most likely the first voice callers will hear when they call your office or ours. Lindsay is onsite to answer questions, assist clients and tenants as well as direct outside vendors for building upkeep.
Lindsay coordinates mail service, submits billing, distributes invoices, and accepts monthly payments.
